Today in Touart history: Tuesday, Jan. 31, 1950 “Attorney Harry Seale won’t have to serve a jail sentence for grunting in court. But the grunts have cost him $15 in fines. Inferior Court Judge Tisdale J. Touart has set aside a six-hour jail sentence imposed against Seale Jan. 9 for contempt of court. But the jurist ruled that the fines must stick.” Seale, told by Touart that he was nagging a witness, had grunted. The judge laid a $5 fine, and Seale tossed a $5 bill on the bench. Then the judge added $10 more and imposed the jail time. Vin çent Kilborn, Seale’s law partner, had asked that Judge Claude A. Grayson review the case, then, after Seale was released on bond, asked Grayson to send it back to Touart. Grayson did so, and Touart said Seale had “purged himself” of the contempt.

I want to buy a 16″ non-stick electric skillet. Ceramic coating seems to be the way to go. Do you have one to recommend or reject?
